You pay an all-inclusive hourly rate starting from $15 NZD + GST per hour, depending on the role and experience level. The rate covers the VA salary, Outshore management, HR, payroll and compliance. We'll walk you through pricing on the strategy call.

You can expect a shortlist within 10 days and full onboarding within 14 days. We screen candidates, run two rounds of interviews and reference checks, then present the top candidates for you to meet.

If the first hire isn't the right fit, we find you a replacement for free. It doesn't happen often because of how we screen, but the guarantee means you're never stuck.

You work directly with your VA day-to-day. They're your team member. Behind the scenes, our NZ-based Team Success Manager, Molly, handles all HR, payroll, compliance, performance coaching, leave management and ongoing support so you can focus on the work, not the admin.

The Philippines is only 4–5 hours behind NZ, so we can almost always arrange significant overlap with your working day. Most of our placements work NZT-aligned schedules, meaning real-time collaboration is easy.

Yes, and we recommend it. We shortlist the top three candidates for your role, then arrange interviews with each of them. You pick who you want to hire. We're there to advise, but the final call is always yours.

Yes. Our team members are contractors engaged through our Filipino operation, which means you don't need to worry about PAYE, KiwiSaver or employment law complications. We handle compliance on both sides of the arrangement so you stay on the right side of IRD.
