How much does Outshore cost?

You pay an hourly rate starting from $12 NZD + GST per hour, with no hidden fees, depending on the role and experience level. The rate covers the VA salary, Outshore management, HR, payroll and compliance. We will walk you through pricing on the strategy call.

How long does it take to find someone?

You can expect a shortlist of candidates within 10 days, and full onboarding within 14 days. We present you with top candidates and coordinate interviews along the way.

What if it doesn't work out?

Starter plans include a 30-day replacement guarantee. Managed plans include free replacement anytime, no questions asked.

Do I manage them, or do you?

You work directly with your VA day-to-day. Our NZ-based Team Success Manager, Molly, handles all HR, payroll, compliance, performance coaching and ongoing management behind the scenes.

What time zones do your contractors work in?

The Philippines is only 4-5 hours behind NZ. Most of our contractors overlap with standard NZ business hours, and many are flexible on scheduling.

Can I interview candidates myself?

Absolutely. We present you with the top 3 candidates and you interview them yourself before making a decision. It's your hire.

Is this legal and tax compliant for NZ businesses?

Yes. Our contractors are employed through compliant structures in the Philippines. You have no direct employment obligations in NZ or the Philippines.
